Our Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when using DH Hosting, our websites, hosting services, systems, infrastructure and related services.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, using a DH Hosting service, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not create an account or use DH Hosting.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account. You must not intentionally provide false, misleading or fraudulent information.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Do not share your account credentials with other people unless we have explicitly permitted this.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be involved in abuse, fraud, security incidents or violations of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

DH Hosting must only be used for lawful and legitimate purposes. You agree not to use our services to violate applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights or the rules of services that your hosted applications interact with.

You must not use DH Hosting for activities including, but not limited to:

  • Launching or coordinating raids against communities or services.
  • Harassment, threats, targeted abuse or intimidation.
  • Spam, mass unsolicited messaging or unwanted automation.
  • Phishing, credential theft or fraudulent activity.
  • Malware, ransomware, viruses or other malicious software.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
  • Attacking, disrupting or intentionally damaging infrastructure.
  • Distributed denial-of-service or similar attacks.
  • Hosting content that is illegal under applicable law.
  • Operating services intended to facilitate criminal activity.
  • Abusing network, CPU, RAM, storage or other infrastructure resources.
  • Attempting to bypass security, authentication or service restrictions.
  • Using our infrastructure to attack or interfere with third-party services.

4. Discord and Community Abuse

DH Hosting may provide services that interact with Discord, including hosted bots and Modmail-related services. You must not use our infrastructure to conduct raids, spam communities, mass-mention users, distribute malicious content or otherwise abuse Discord or its users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Discord-related services complies with Discord's applicable rules and policies.

5. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

You must not impersonate DH Hosting, DH Hosting staff, administrators, moderators or other members of our team.

You must also not falsely claim that you own, operate, manage or officially represent DH Hosting or any service operated by us.

Misrepresenting your relationship with DH Hosting, including presenting yourself as an official member of staff when you are not, is prohibited.

6. Attribution and Credit

You must not falsely represent DH Hosting's services, infrastructure or software as being entirely your own creation where DH Hosting has materially provided the service or infrastructure.

Businesses, organisations and other commercial users using DH Hosting as part of a public-facing service may be required to provide reasonable attribution or credit to DH Hosting where requested.

Any required attribution should not be misleading and should not suggest that DH Hosting endorses or sponsors a third-party product unless we have expressly agreed to this.

7. Hosting Resources

Hosting resources are provided for legitimate use within the limits of your service. You must not intentionally consume excessive resources, interfere with other customers, or attempt to bypass resource restrictions.

We may take reasonable action where a service causes significant performance, security or stability issues for our infrastructure or other users.

8. Security

You must not attempt to compromise the security of DH Hosting, our websites, servers, APIs, control panels, databases, authentication systems or other infrastructure.

This includes vulnerability exploitation, credential attacks, unauthorised access, privilege escalation, destructive testing and intentionally bypassing security controls.

If you discover a potential security vulnerability in DH Hosting, please report it to us responsibly rather than attempting to exploit it.

9. Content and Hosted Applications

You remain responsible for the content, software, bots, applications and data that you upload or operate using our services.

DH Hosting does not claim ownership of your legitimate content merely because you store or operate it on our infrastructure.

However, we may remove, restrict or suspend access to content or services where we reasonably believe that they violate these Terms, applicable law, security requirements or the rights of others.

10. Backups and Data

Where backups are provided, they are intended as a recovery aid and should not be treated as a guaranteed replacement for your own backups.

You remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of important data where appropriate.

We cannot guarantee that every file, database, configuration or application can be recovered following every failure or incident.

11. Availability and Maintenance

We aim to keep DH Hosting available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free service unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure failures, security incidents, network problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Services

DH Hosting may rely on or integrate with third-party services and technologies, including infrastructure, authentication, networking, hosting and software platforms.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, policies and restrictions. DH Hosting is not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by independent third-party providers.

13. Pterodactyl and Open-Source Software

Certain DH Hosting infrastructure may use open-source software, including Pterodactyl and related components.

The presence of third-party or open-source software within our infrastructure does not mean that DH Hosting owns that software. Such software remains subject to its respective licences and terms.

14. Prohibited Circumvention

You must not attempt to bypass account restrictions, server limits, authentication systems, security measures, payment controls, rate limits or other technical restrictions implemented by DH Hosting.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to an account or service where we reasonably believe that the account or service has violated these Terms, created a security risk, harmed other users, abused our infrastructure or been involved in unlawful activity.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action. However, immediate action may be necessary where there is a security, legal or infrastructure risk.

16. No Circumvention After Termination

If your account or service has been suspended or terminated, you must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by creating or using another account without our permission.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify, improve, replace or discontinue parts of DH Hosting from time to time. Features, limits, infrastructure and availability may change as the service develops.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective or updated date.

Continued use of DH Hosting after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Disclaimer

DH Hosting is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, completely error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DH Hosting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DH Hosting is appropriate for your intended purpose and complies with these Terms, applicable law and the rules of any third-party services that you use.

22. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, need to report abuse, or believe that an account or service is being misused, please contact DH Hosting through our official support channels.

These Terms of Service are provided for the operation of DH Hosting and are intended to establish rules for responsible use of our services. They should not be treated as legal advice. Where required, DH Hosting may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, infrastructure or applicable law.
